FAQ

What is included in routine RTU maintenance?

Our specialists perform a full inspection of your RTU, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and clearing debris from the unit to ensure peak performance.

How often should a packaged RTU be serviced?

Because these units are constantly exposed to NYC weather, we recommend professional maintenance at least twice a year—ideally in the spring and fall—to keep your system running reliably year-round.

Why is preventative maintenance important?

Regular care prevents unexpected system failures, maximizes energy efficiency, and protects your unit from weather-related wear. Maintaining your RTU also ensures you receive priority service whenever you need assistance.
