FAQ

What is included in central air maintenance?

Our technicians and specialists will inspect your ductwork, check refrigerant levels, clean coils, and ensure your entire forced-air system operates safely and efficiently for both heating and cooling.

How often should a central air system be serviced?

Because these systems handle your climate control year-round, we recommend professional maintenance twice a year—once in the spring for cooling and once in the fall for heating.

Why is preventative maintenance important?

Routine maintenance maximizes energy efficiency, prevents unexpected breakdowns, and extends the lifespan of your unit. It also ensures you receive priority service whenever you need our assistance.
